The CL730 series consists of advanced three-phase electricity meters. The CL730S22 is a direct connection model, while the CL730D22L is a transformer connection model. CL730 meters are certified with MID, DLMS/COSEM, and the Lithuanian Metrology Inspectorate’s type approval for measuring instruments, ensuring their high quality, measurement accuracy, and compliance with European meter requirements.

These meters are equipped with an internal clock and calendar, which automatically distribute energy consumption based on time zones (tariffs) used in Lithuania. The tariffs are programmable, and the meter also performs automatic switching between daylight saving time and standard time.

The meter features an RS485 electrical communication interface and is ready for integration into an Automatic Electricity Accounting System (AEEAS). It measures active and reactive energy generation, active and reactive energy consumption, active and reactive loads for both generation and consumption, and other relevant electrical parameters.

The meter records load profiles with a programmable integration period (default: 15 minutes). Additionally, CL730 meters log various events and store them in internal memory, such as time adjustments, neutral disconnections, tampering with contact covers, exposure to magnetic fields, reverse current, and power outages.

One of the key features of the CL730 is load management. The meter can limit electricity supply to the customer based on predefined power or current limits. For example, if the meter detects that the measured power exceeds a preset threshold, it triggers a warning. If this continues for a specified period (default: 30 seconds, programmable), the meter disconnects the power supply. Power can only be restored by a remote control command. This functionality is crucial for preventing installed power exceedance, aiding clients and their subscribers, and disciplining malicious non-paying users. The meter also detects electricity theft.
